Pro-X 24mm Hardware

Pro24® rocket motor hardware is as simple as you can get. With the forward closure included in the reload kit, you only need your motor case of choice and one rear closure.

Manufactured from thin-wall 6061-T6 aluminum tubing with a clear anodized coating for corrosion protection, Pro24® motor cases are lightweight but strong, capable of holding well over 3000 psi of internal pressure. The forward closure is retained by a formed rim at the head end of the casing. The rear of the casing has precision-machined internal threads.

Pro24® motor casings will eventually be available in six sizes. Please refer to the motor specifications page to see which casing is required for each Pro24® reload. On this page you can download a handy drawing in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format showing the key dimensions of each Pro24® motor (coming soon!).

Don't forget that you'll need a delay adjustment tool for your Pro24® reloads, unless you use electronic ejection exclusively. The ProDAT-38® tool allows you to choose from 5 preset delay times with every reload.
Pro-X 29mm Hardware

Pro29® rocket motor hardware is as simple as you can get. With the forward closure included in the reload kit, you only need your motor case of choice and one rear closure.

Pro-X 38mm Hardware

Pro38® rocket motor hardware is as simple as you can get. With the forward and rear closures included in the reload kit, you only need one piece of hardware - the motor casing. With no expensive aluminum closures to buy, your up-front investment in hardware is significantly reduced!

Manufactured from thin-wall 6061-T6 aluminum tubing with an anodized coating for corrosion protection, Pro38® motor cases are lightweight but strong, capable of holding well over 3000 psi of internal pressure. The forward closure is retained by a formed rim at the head end of the casing. The rear of the casing has precision-machined internal threads.

Pro38® motor casings are available in seven sizes to fit reloads from G through J class. Please refer to the motor specifications page to see which casing is required for each Pro38® reload.

Pro-X 54mm Hardware

Pro54® rocket motor hardware is lightweight and robust, consisting of two components; the motor casing and the rear retaining ring.

Manufactured from thin-wall 6061-T6 aluminum tubing with an anodized coating for corrosion protection, Pro54® motor cases are lightweight but strong, capable of holding nearly 2500 psi of internal pressure. The forward closure is retained by a formed rim at the head end of the casing. The rear of the casing has precision-machined external threads, and uses a separate threaded ring to retain the reload. The retaining ring can be interchanged between Pro54® cases.

Pro54® motor casings are available in seven sizes to fit reloads from I through K class. Please refer to the motor specifications page to see which Pro54® casing is required for each reload.

Don't forget that you'll need a delay adjustment tool for your Pro54® reloads, unless you use electronic ejection exclusively. The ProDAT-54 tool allows you to reduce the delay time of your Pro54® reload by any amount up to 10 seconds.

Pro-X 75mm hardware

With the Pro75® and Pro98® line of reloadable rocket motors, CTI pioneered cross-brand compatible reloads that fit, and are industry-certified in, both ProX® and RMS hardware. Each reload is supplied with o-rings that allow the reload to be used in either brand of hardware, giving you more reload choices and saving you big bucks in the process. Of course, we designed features into our hardware that we feel make it superior, like ACME-threaded retaining rings with an accessory wrench to make reloading easy on your hands, and gland-style o-ring seals for reliability. Pro75® reloads are even priced lower than the competition, saving you more money.

Currently available in two through six grain sizes and nine propellant types! Try a Pro75® motor in your rocket - you won't be disappointed.

Pro-X 98mm hardware

With the Pro75® and Pro98® line of reloadable rocket motors, CTI pioneered cross-brand compatible reloads that fit and are industry-certified in both ProX® and RMS hardware. Each reload is supplied with o-rings that allow the reload to be used in either brand of hardware, giving you more reload choices and saving you big bucks in the process. Pro-X 150mm hardware

Originally designed to boost a 500 pound experimental cruise missile to flight speed, the Pro150® O8000 is the industry's largest certified motor ever with over 1800 pounds initial thrust.

Features like precisely machined hardware and simple, robust design allows the Pro150® to be assembled in no more time than it takes to assemble a 75mm motor. The casing also features modular design - to upgrade to the O8000, simply screw on the case extension. It's like having two cases in one.

To save you money, CTI is has a hardware rental program to take away the worry of hardware expense. After all, big reloads don't come cheap!

The full O variant, the O8000, is now certified.
